Rolwaling Valley Trek

The Rolwaling Valley Trek is among the most picturesque trekking paths in the Himalayas, situated within the Gaurishanker Conservation Area, positioned between the Langtang and Everest trekking regions. This trekking route features a pristine and breathtaking landscape, with its untouched and unspoiled nature, along with its rich cultural heritage, being the primary attractions of the trek. It may not be as well-known as other trekking destinations, but it offers a truly rewarding experience. Situated off the trekking path, this moderate-to-difficult tea house trek is a treat for nature enthusiasts. What makes the Rolwaling trek even more special is that it is part of the famous Great Himalayan Trail. For those seeking an extra challenge, it is possible to combine this trek with the Everest Base Camp Trek or Three Pass Trek crossing of Tashi Lapcha La (5755m). However, it is important to note that this requires basic climbing experience and the guidance of experienced guides. Additionally, a permit for Pachermo Peak (6187m) Climbing is also required. One of the highlights of this trek is Tsho Rolpa (4580m), one of the largest glacial lakes in Nepal. The Rolwaling region offers a unique trekking experience, away from the popular Annapurna and Everest regions. Book the Rolwaling Valley Trek in Nepal to experience a new trekking route of the Himalayas.
